God's Not In A Hurry
Some folks want to have it "HAPPEN" Right NOW! But truth be told... the Lord usually takes His time.

A Flower... A Sunset... the change of seasons... a new baby... just about anything.
.
Even judgement... He seems to give folks every chance to repent... But... If They Won't... Watch Out... BOOM... He Will Drop The Hammer! (Exodus 34:6)

Before the flood... Old Noah had to learn patience. He didn't just slap some old dingy together. It took him 120 years to build the boat.
.
Moses didn't just say, "Hey guys... lets split and go home." It took him a lifetime to get God's people back to the promised land. He spent 40 years thinking he was somebody... 40 years learning he was nobody... and 40 more years learning what God can do with a nobody. He had to learn patience.

The disciples didn't just go BOOM... Yipee... "we reached the world for Christ!" It took years and years and generations. They had to learn patience.

Point Being... Dream Big BUT... Be Patient.
Do What You Can... But... Give God Time To Work.

I absolutely love the daily inspirations on this website. I'm a single mom raising two kiddos and these bolts of light give me hope to keep fighting on. They really brighten my day. They remind me that nothing is too hard for Jesus. He never fails.

Wow. This is exactly what I needed to hear this morning. I was thinking about the future in this life, thinking how am I going to make it. He has always done so much for me in the past but what's going happen now? So, these are great promises.
