I always thought... wow... poor Jesus, suffering and being born in a barn. Then, as He grew up, He had to walk our dirty roads and put up with all the problems we face... But Last Night... In A Dream... the Lord showed me that was not the case at all.

He loved being born, humbly around the animals He created. He treasured being with us here in the beautiful creation that He had made. Seeing the sunsets... knowing people... being able to help and heal folks. He loved us all so much... that He was willing to go to the cross and die to save us.

Where I had thought of it as a Great Sacrifice... I think The Lord Saw It As A Great Blessing & Opportunity. He Treasured Being With Us Here On Earth.

And His Birth Was Perfect!

He was visited by shepherds... Because He The Great Shepherd.
He was Born Around Animals... Because He Loves Animals.
He was Visited By Kings & Wisemen... Because He Is The King of Kings... And The Wisest Of All Men. Revelations 19:16
He was born humbly... Because He Is Meek & Lowly In Heart.
Matthew 11:28-30
He was born under an amazing star... Because He Is The Bright & Morning Star. Revelation 22:16:
The Angels Sang Glory To God In The Highest...
Because He Is The Son Of God.

I absolutely love the daily inspirations on this website. I'm a single mom raising two kiddos and these bolts of light give me hope to keep fighting on. They really brighten my day. They remind me that nothing is too hard for Jesus. He never fails.

Wow. This is exactly what I needed to hear this morning. I was thinking about the future in this life, thinking how am I going to make it. He has always done so much for me in the past but what's going happen now? So, these are great promises.
